ShellPlus database

The SleepRT/BrainRT software includes a ShellPlus database for management of the workflow and patient information. The database makes sure that all users can access their acquisitions in an easy way, and that the settings of the configuration (measurement protocols, analysis parameters, list of users, communication with the Hospital Information System) are the same on each acquisition and review station.

Thanks to its intuitive design and Outlook-like interface, the ShellPlus database is easy to navigate through.

The concept of a centralized database is especially useful when using multiple review and acquisition stations: all stations automatically have the same settings and access to the same measurements.

Workflow

The default workflow for measurement acquisition and reporting consists of 4 distinctive steps:

1. New measurements
2. Checked measurements
3. Report finished
4. Report ready for archive

The workflow can be edited according to the wishes of the customer: it’s possible to add more steps, to change names of each step, to add a different workflow for each type of recording (for example, the PSG acquisitions can appear in a different ‘PSG workflow’) etcetera.
